SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
- Managed 36 holes - 18 of which were constructed during my tenure as Superintendent.
- Experience with Bermuda grass and Zoysia grass installations and maintenance.
- Experienced in greens construction and renovation. Oversaw construction of 19 greens to USGA specifications and with Soil Air technology. Planned and managed the reconstruction of fifteen greens to USGA specifications without losing any rounds of golf.

EXPERIENCE
Golf Course Superintendent, Keystone Resort Golf Courses - a multi-golf course -36 hole - resort golf facility, May 1996 to August 2002. Responsible for all field operations of a Robert Trent Jones, Jr., 18 hole championship resort golf course, 22,500 rounds per 150 day operating season, $511,000 annual maintenance budget, a staff of 23, and also responsible for The River Course at Keystone, a Hurdzan/Frye, 18 hole resort course, $515,000 annual maintenance budget, 150 day operating season, with a staff of 23.
- Direct reports - two Assistant Golf Course Superintendents (technically Golf Course Superintendents), an Equipment Manager, and a shared Administrative Assistant.
- Responsibilities have doubled over my tenure, i.e. financially, staff size, asset purchases, and management.
- Represented the owner throughout the construction of the new 18 hole golf course, i.e. irrigation design and installation, grassing lines, bunker placement, drainage, shaping, maintenance building design.
- Establish long-range and annual development plans and budgets.
- Assisted with the construction of continuous cart path specially designed for maximum accessibility to the landing zones and greens.
- Re-designed and installed irrigation main lines, lateral, and sprinklers.
- Experience with Toro DR2, Toro VT3, and Rainbird Maxi Freedom System.
- Ranch Course had greens rebuilt to USGA specifications using the Dominant blend bentgrass. Planned and executed the reconstruction of fifteen greens, to USGA specifications, with no loss of golf rounds.
- River Course has USGA greens with L-93 bentgrass.
- Designed and managed Drainage installation, $80,000 capital budget.
- Created and implemented a highly effective training program to ensure consistent standards and procedures to provide the highest quality golf experience possible all while promoting a safe work environment.
- Developed and implemented a Hazardous Communication Program to comply with OSHA's regulations.
- Structured and implemented an Internship Program.
- Orchestrated the Audubon Certification process for both golf courses, the River Course obtained full Certification in September of 2002.Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, May 1992 to 1996. - Estimate, budget, and purchase irrigation parts, pesticides, and fertilizers.
- Orchestrated the design, contracts, and installation of a wall-to-wall irrigation system around the clubhouse, $35,000 budget.
- Assisted with the re-design, contracting, scheduling, and installation of the Driving Range tee expansion, doubling the number of stations, $80,000 budget.
- Supervised the restoration of 72 bunkers, and redesigned and shaped.Irrigation Technician, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, March 1991 to May 1992.
